Was hesitant about booking this due to some of the negative reviews but didn’t find any problems while we were here. First, the staff are incredibly accommodating and pretty much bend over backwards to accommodate every need you have. There were a couple of issues in the villa (broken WiFi, phone) and they were tended to immediately. The activities desk were also great at organizing various outings….
